The mint can be crafted by the player through the crafting interface or by a crafter on a workbench.
In both cases, the recipe needs the following ingredients:

Planks - 3 ×
Bronze Plates - 3 ×
Copper Tools

The mint is a job block. It can be used by a colonist to become a minter.
