Wheat Seeds are planted by Wheat Farmer to grow wheat, the base ingredient to bread.

Research

The colony stockpile is given wheat seeds upon completion of the "Wheat Farming" Science.

Farming

There are 80 % chances to get wheat seeds if the player harvests a juvenile wheat crop.

There are 110 % chances to get wheat seeds when harvesting a fully grown wheat crop, which can be harvested by both player and wheat farmer.

Grass

There are 10 % chances to obtain wheat seeds when destroying grass blocks (of any type).

Usage

Farming

Wheat seeds are used to grow wheat farms. Both the player and the wheat farmer can plant wheat seeds on grass or dirt.

Wheat crops have 3 stages of growth. The obtained resources depend on which stage the crop is harvested:
